Srinivas Maddi

Dr. Srinivas has over 17 years of industrial experience in drug discovery and development and has held management positions of responsibility. He was Associate Director, Drug R&D Services at GVK BIO and managed integrated projects for DMPK, lead optimization, preclinical candidate identification and development, and IND-enabling studies for clients. Prior to GVK BIO, Dr. Srinivas was Senior research Investigator of Pharmaceutical candidate optimization division at Bristol Myers-Bicon R&D center (BBRC), Bangalore, where he oversaw a range of drug discovery and development programs. He has extensive experience in drug discovery and development processes, technology evaluation and implementation of project management tools to drive the projects to completion. He also has excellent knowledge of formulation development, new drug delivery systems, analytical, pharmacokinetic studies, IND-enabling studies, and Tox evaluation. Dr. Srinivas has authored several scientific publications and is also the inventor of many patents. He is serving as an editorial member of 5 journals and has authored more than 20 research articles.
